I have always been drawn to guidance
I started working at sixteen. Over the years, I worked across banking, government contracting, safety management and operations for US companies. A large part of my work has been helping people understand systems, act safely and move forward—not simply telling them what to do.
That experience shaped how I see Dholera. The region is complex. It has history, planning, land, infrastructure, industry, environmental questions and real people whose lives are connected to it. It cannot be understood through one headline or one property brochure.
Why Dholera is personal to me
My father worked as a Dholera channel partner around 2008–09. After he passed away in 2017, Dholera remained connected to a path he believed in. I am not here to borrow his story or claim that I created a formal legacy. I am continuing the connection by doing the work properly: explain, verify and guide.
What SAM means here
SAM is me—the professional identity I have carried into this work. On this platform, it also becomes a way of working: helping people learn, understand, verify, evaluate and review their next step.
The commercial and opportunity layer may grow over time, but it will remain separate from the knowledge and editorial layer. No guaranteed growth. No pressure to act. No promise that a plan automatically becomes reality.
Why I built this platform
I saw an information gap. Too many people are asked to decide before they understand the place. Dholera Gujarat with SAM is my attempt to close that gap with clear language, connected learning, visible sources and respect for the reader.
If this platform helps even a few people make a clearer decision, I will feel blessed.
