Cabinet approves two more Gujarat semiconductor units — including a compound fab at Dholera

In May 2026, the Cabinet approved two more semiconductor manufacturing units in Gujarat with cumulative investment of over ₹3,900 crore — and among them is CML’s integrated compound semiconductor fab/ATMP at Dholera.
