The talent chain has been assembling all year: Tata sent 200+ personnel to Taiwan for PSMC training in June 2025; the first UHP welding course batch graduated at Dholera ITI in May 2026; workforce housing was fast-tracked. What was missing was a degree-granting institution dedicated to the sector — Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya fills that gap.
