At the same April 2018 Dholera function where the CETP and pipeline foundations were laid, CM Vijay Rupani announced a Skill Development Centre for Dholera SIR, to be developed in partnership between DICDL and L&T.
Why it matters to Dholera: cities need people, and people need training. This was the first social-infrastructure facility formally named for the SIR — the beginning of the livability layer that Ch. 19 tracks.
What came next: further social commitments from 2025 — hospital, school and fire-station foundations, and workforce housing.
