On 24 October 2013, a single-day batch of four GIDB notifications sanctioned the remaining draft schemes, each “subject to the modifications enumerated in the Schedule” and all signed by CEO A. K. Sharma, published in the Gujarat Government Extraordinary Gazette: DTPS-3 (Sodhi, Sangasar, Panchi, Sandhida, Mundi, Dholera, Otariya, Cher) — SIRAA/06/2013/439; DTPS-4 (Dholera, Mundi, Panchi, Bhangadh, Hebatpur, Zankhi, Mahadevpura, Sandhida) — SIRAA/07/2013/440; DTPS-5 (Sodhi, Sangasar, Panchi, Bavaliyari, Hebatpur) — SIRAA/08/2013/441; DTPS-6 (Bhangadh, Hebatpur, Zankhi, Bavaliyari, Mingalpur) — SIRAA/09/2013/442. Each records DSIRDA’s declaration of intention on 5 January 2012 and draft submission to GIDB on 13 December 2012.
Why it matters to Dholera: with this batch, all six parent TP schemes had a complete draft-stage record — the full map of how the activation area would be assembled, village by village.
What came next: the first operative sanction (TP 2A/4A) in July 2018, and the sub-scheme splits of 2025–2026.
